The AIS management team is highly skilled and diverse, with experience coming from all corners of the IT industry, as well as practical knowledge and experience in the financial and administrative disciplines. Headed by founder/CEO Tommy Turner and president Joe Domaleski, AIS boasts a management group that is dedicated to complete client satisfaction.
Tommy’s history with Apple computers began in 1980 when he purchased two to read the data from flight data recorders used in commercial airliners. At the time, he was 33 years old and had been working as an avionics engineer for 15 years. Two years later, Tommy started AIS Computers with partner Jim Seigle. The two worked part time installing Apple and Franklin equipment. Eighteen months later the part-time job had overwhelmed his full time job and Tommy left aviation to pursue AIS Computers full-time. He and his wife, Vicki, have lived in Fayette County for over 30 years. Tommy enjoys flying airplanes and playing tennis.
Joe has over 20 years of experience creating, selling, and implementing technology solutions. Prior to his involvement with AIS, he worked with a number of organizations including Southside Consulting and CD Group. He has a dual-degree B.S. in Mathematics / Computer Science and an M.B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University. Prior to his career in the IT industry, Joe served as a Captain in the US Army during Operation Desert Storm. Joe is active in the community and serves on a number of local boards including the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce, Peachtree City Rotary Club, the Fayette Family YMCA, and the Fayette County Amateur Radio Club. In addition to his duties as President, Joe also serves as the interim Sales Manager. He is an age-group competitive triathlete and has competed in a number of endurance events including two Ironman triathlons, the Boston Marathon, and many other multi-sport events. Joe and his wife Mary Catherine have three children and reside in Fayetteville.
Graham has over 35 years of experience in corporate management roles including a long and distinguished career at Southern/Republic/Northwest Airlines. While at Northwest,he was responsible for industrial engineering, planning, management, and finance. Graham has a B.S. in Industrial Management from Auburn University and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University. He also served as a Captain in the US Air Force. Graham is very active in the local community and lends his expertise to the local Elections Board. He has also served as a Tax Advisor for H & R Block. Graham enjoys golf, tennis, woodworking, and gardening. Graham and his wife Page have lived in Fayetteville for the past 30 years. They have two children and two grandchildren.
Vicki has been the creative side of AIS for the past 25 years. Vicki’s background is in Commercial Art and she takes the lead on designing ads and marketing collateral for AIS. Vicki has a passion for helping others and is active in numerous community organizations in Fayette County. Some of these organizations include: Fayette County Chamber of Commerce Board Member, Metro Fayette Kiwanis Member, Fayette Senior Services President, Fayette Community Foundation Board Member, Fayette Center and Gallery Board Member, Piedmont Fayette Hospital Board Member, and Society of Fine Art Member. Vicki enjoys painting and has donated several pieces of artwork to local fundraising opportunities with the Endowment Committee for Cultural Arts of Fayette County, Youth Protection Home, and Joseph Sams School.
Christy joined AIS Computers in November 2000 as a member of the Corporate Sales Team. She has provided inside sales support for small businesses and corporate clients as well as overseeing the Fayetteville Retail location. Before joining AIS Computers, Christy was an Executive Assistant for the Fayette County Development Authority in Fayetteville, GA. Christy attended the University of Georgia and Mercer University. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Management and a minor in Marketing from Mercer University. Christy enjoys playing soccer, running, bicycle riding, reading, gardening and visiting with friends and family.
Denise Balentine serves as our Product and Operations Manager and is responsible for purchasing, vendor relations, and the general efficiency of our operations. She gained management experience at a Colorado-based firm before transferring to Atlanta in 1981 and joining AIS in 1988. She has held several positions within the company and brings an overall understanding of the business. She is a member of the Purchasing Managers Association and holds a CPM certification.
