AIS Computers is fully Apple Authorized for out of warranty and AppleCare warranty repair services. This means that all repairs performed by AIS Computers are performed by Apple trained and certified technicians using genuine Apple parts. All equipment is serviced at our Fayetteville and Savannah locations. We also offer service for any brand PC that is out of warranty. AIS offers the following repair options...

 

AIS offers quality in house services with no appointment needed. Just bring your Macintosh or PC in anytime Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM-6PM. Machines are taken on a "first come, first serve" basis as AIS typically has a 2-3 day wait for the machine to make its way onto the service bench, commanding the time of one of our certified technicians. For those customers who have time critical needs, AIS offers immediate services. Just ask for a "hot bench" upon checking your equipment in. A $50.00 hot bench fee is required above and beyond the diagnostic fee.

AIS can assist you with out-of-warranty iPod repairs at the AIS Fayetteville location. Repairs will take 5-7 days and will carry a 90 day warranty. Below are our iPod Repair Packages.

 

One fixed price regardless of the problem (excludes failure to liquid spills, abuse, or excessive physical damage). Includes cracked screen repairs. Free battery replacement with this package.

 

If you only want a battery replacement then select this package. 

Because AIS Computers is an Apple Specialist, we have been granted special authorization and training by Apple to repair PowerBook G4 and iBook computers in-house. Other Apple repair centers have to mail your PowerBook G4 or iBook to Apple, which increases the turnaround time dramatically. This is a difficult option as many of our customers rely on their machines on a daily basis, and even one day without their Mac cripples their productivity, or even worse, their profitability. We are committed to lightning fast turnarounds and total customer satisfaction.

 

AIS provides a full range of options for on-site service. We offer consulting, hardware/software troubleshooting and repair, consultation, networking, server administration, cross platform system integration and much more for Mac, PC and Linux systems. AIS is also the choice of Apple Computer to handle all In-Warranty on-site service through the Direct Dispatch program.
