Whether you're looking to outsource your IT support or just need a tune up once a month, AIS has a service plan that's right for you.
Per-Incident On-site Support
Many of our customers have in-house staff that can carry their daily IT requirements or have less than five workstations and only need assistance during a hardware or software failure. For these customers, we offer support at competitive rates on an hourly basis. Our reduced rate for residential customers is particularly appealing at this level of support.
Monthly Maintenance Agreement
Some of our customers in the small business range with under 10 workstations chose our monthly maintenance agreement to keep their machines at a working baseline every month. This agreement is a great way to establish a support relationship with AIS, receive monthly patch installation and disk optimization on your workstations, and have your systems routinely checked and well documented.
Tier Two Support
Some of our larger customers have existing IT personnel that they'd like to supplement with AIS's extensive Macintosh workstation and server knowledge. As an Apple Specialist, AIS is the perfect companion to an organization that is largely Windows based, but has a small contingent of Macintosh workstations to support. We offer blocks of hours at discounted rates at this level of support and make our technicians available to your staff for issues that arise that are outside of their realm of expertise. As with all of our service agreements, AIS also offers a four business hour response time to your requests.
Outsourcing Options
Many companies are on a level where their IT needs are great enough to warrant on-site support, but not great enough to justify a full-time support position. AIS has a unique support plan available for organizations like this. We'll supply your organization with a dedicated on-site technician for as many days a week as you need. And, that technician will be backed up by AIS's service team.
Flexibility
AIS understands that it's often difficult to fit your organization's needs into a box defined by your support provider. If none of these plans seem to offer what you're looking for, we'll be happy to work out a custom solution for you.
